They’re back! Smoothies (and green smoothies) have been somewhat absent from my days recently. I am currently slurping this smoothie whilst writing this post. Multi tasking like a boss. This smoothie tastes so delicious and is just what I am craving. I have put so much spinach in this as I awoke with a massive craving for greens this morning. Here are the ingredients;
- 2 medium frozen mangoes, thawed slightly
- 0.75 litres orange juice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Half a huge bag organic spinach
- 1 lime, juiced
Whack all of your ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth and green! I promise this tastes amazing. You can’t even taste the spinach. I have a litre and a half of this to enjoy.
