Vegan MoFo 2014: Rad Breakfast

DSCF0348

Meet my beautiful friend Rad. He’s the coolest person I know. Don’t tell him I said that though 😉 If you’d like to get to know more about this studmuffin visit his page The Bike Wolf. He has been out of town for a little while so we had a lot to catch up on. We met at an ungodly hour bright and early this morning for a breakfast picnic in the woods. The woods were so full of life, there were squirrels manically trying to gather enough food, brambles galore and trees dripping with cobnuts. We had a long walk around the woods, Rad told me some epic stories about his most recent adventures. We stopped to have breakfast of dates, watermelon and freshly plucked brambles. Mmmm. It was super fun to eat out in the woods. The forest nymph in me enjoys being in the woods a lot at the moment.

DSCF0351I don’t know if you guys have noticed but I am super into having special breakfasts at the moment. It is the most neglected meal of the day so it seems like a treat to make something amazing or share the experience with friends.

How do you make breakfast special?

Have a glorious day.

Olivia ♥

    • It totally is – such a nice chill way to start the day! I am sure there will be a friend eager to enjoy the morning with you 🙂 Let me know if you make it and enjoy it! Olivia ♥

  1. I usually decide that breakfast is going to be special on the weekends. I think making the decision is what sets it in motion. On weekdays, I usually don’t pay attention and I don’t even notice the specialness that is just waiting to be found! I think I’ll work on that now. Thanks for making me think about it!
