This is what I had for breakfast this Tuesday.
I started with my current favourite – cucumber and orange juice. This was followed by the more savoury carrot, ginger, beetroot and orange juice. Wow that was quite a combination.
I learnt something new on Tuesday… If you eat a lot of beetroot it makes your pee pink! Who knew?!
