Amazing Apples

A few days ago, another friendly neighbour gifted me with a bag of the most delicious apples from her tree.

I have tried many varieties of English apples this month (I work in an organic greengrocers) and I have to say that the apples from my neighbour’s tree are my favourite. I don’t know if it is because they are the freshest as she picked them and brought them straight round but they are just so darn delicious.

This morning I added some into my juice and it was so delicious, here is what I put in;

  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 6 small apples
  • 1 passionfruit

It was totally delicious, I meant to photograph it for you but I’m sorry it was far too delicious and I could not wait to drink it!

My absolute favourite way to have apples though (good apples) is to just slice them with my fancy apple slicer and corer thingy and just eat them like that. If I’m out and about I am the kinda gal that eats the whole apple, pips and all, I don’t want to find apple cores decomposing in the bottom of my rucksack thank you.

If you want something delicious to dip your apple slices into you could simply blend some medjool dates to make a delicious guilt free caramel type dip or if you want something super luxurious you could dunk your apples into some organic unsalted peanut butter. OH MY.

Hope y’all are having a lovely day. I am because we just had the BEST rain ever!
